| Aim | The primary objective of this course is to identify legal disputes arising from medical tourism relations under Turkish substantive law and to comprehensively examine the determination of the law applicable to such disputes within the framework of private international law. The course aims to ground the complex legal issues emerging during cross-border healthcare delivery on a solid theoretical foundation and to develop consistent, systematic solution proposals for practical implementation. |
