| 2 | National and International Standards | Researching the quality documents/certificates of health institutions in Türkiye or in another country and bringing examples |
| 3 | Medical Errors: Definition, Causes, and Classification | Be prepared to find an example of medical error from newspapers or media and discuss its causes |
| 4 | Medical Error Reporting System | Researching a reporting system used in any industry (airline, food, automotive, etc.) |
| 5 | Patient Safety Culture | Bringing an example from your own internship experience or environment that strengthened or weakened patient safety |
| 6 | Safe Medication Administration | Thinking of and writing down an example of a mistake made while using medication at home or in the hospital. |
| 7 | Patient Falls and Pressure Ulcers | Identifying an example of an environment that creates a risk of falling from daily life (stairs, bathroom, road, etc.) and coming up with a solution proposal |
| 8 | Prevention and Control of Hospital Infections | Observing hand hygiene in daily life and preparing simple improvement suggestions |
