Project Application Form

SOCIAL CONTRIBUTION PROJECTS APPLICATION/NOTIFICATION FORM
With this form, you may request support/collaboration from the Social Contribution Commission for a project designed to contribute to the solution of a social issue, or you may notify the commission to ensure that your completed project is officially recorded.

After all forms submitted for support are evaluated, detailed information or an interview may be requested regarding the project if deemed necessary. Applications for support are open to the public; individuals or institutions that are not students or staff of our university may also request collaboration. Applications can be submitted individually or as a team.

Information provided regarding completed projects will be used in university reports. Additionally, these projects will be nominated for the "Social Contribution Project of the Year" and "Volunteer of the Year" awards within the scope of university projects. Therefore, notifications for completed projects are not open to the public.
