The Proficiency Exam Announcement and Class Lists for Late-Registered International, DGS, Maximum-Duration, and Amnesty Law 7592 students.

The English Proficiency Exam for our international students who enrolled late for the 2026–27 academic year, students who enrolled through the DGS, students whose enrollment was terminated due to failing to successfully complete the mandatory foreign language preparatory class within a maximum of two years, and students who enrolled under the provisions of Amnesty Law No. 7592 and are required to take the English preparatory course, will be held face-to-face on September 24, 2026, at 13:00 at the Kavacık North Campus of Istanbul Medipol University.    

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), student numbers and full names cannot be shared openly. Therefore, the information in the list has been partially masked.  
Accordingly:  
When searching for your student number in the list, enter the first two and last two digits of your student number and place four asterisks (****) between them. Then verify the initials of your first and last names in the corresponding row.  
Example:  
For a student named Jane Doe with student number 45334389, search using 45****89. Then verify that your name appears in the corresponding row as “4589 – J* D**.”

There will be NO make-up exam.  

The exam is for departments that require English Preparation.  

Important points our students should pay attention to when coming to the exam:  

Students must not enter the classrooms before 12:30.  

Students must be in their classrooms by 12:45.

The exam starts at 13:00 and finishes at 16:00.  

No students will be allowed into the exam building by 13:40.  

Students are not allowed to leave the classes in the first 40 minutes of the exam.  

Students are required to bring a valid ID, a driving license, or a passport with them. (Any other document is not accepted.), a pencil with a soft tip and eraser. 

Students will not be permitted to leave the exam room during the exam, including to use the restroom. Students who submit their exam papers and leave the exam room cannot later retrieve their papers and continue the exam.

International students are required to bring their passports with them.  

Students who have finished the exam must leave the building immediately.  

Our students should not have any computers, mobile phones, smart watches, headphones, etc. with them during the exam. They must leave such devices to their companions.  

In the exam, a score of 75 and over is exempted from the Preparatory Program. Those getting between 60 and 74 will take the FACE-TO-FACE Speaking Exam on September 25th, 2026.  

The FACE-TO-FACE Speaking Exam will be graded over 100 and students who get 75 and over are exempted from the Preparatory Program. Speaking exam list and exam details will be announced on our website on 24th September.  

For Exam lists, only Student ID numbers are provided. Students are required to learn their Student ID Numbers. Student ID numbers are provided on MEBIS.  

Students whose student information is not on the system and whose registration is not completed will not be taken to the exam.
