Health Sciences School 2026–2027 Fall Semester Midterm Make-Up Examination Applications

• Applications for make-up examinations must be submitted in person (in hard copy) to the School Directorate between 6–13 November 2026. Applications submitted outside this date range will not be accepted.
• Applications will be accepted from students who are unable to attend examinations due to examination schedule conflicts or medical reasons (supported by a medical report).
• No make-up examinations will be held for courses assessed through assignments/projects.
   
• The Make-Up Examination Schedule will be announced separately at a later date.
