Vocational School of Health Services – 2026-2027 Fall Semester Make-up Exam Applications

Applications for make-up exams must be submitted in person (by hand) to our secretariat between November 4 and November 12, 2026. 

Applications sent via e-mail will not be accepted.

Make-up exams will not be held for courses where the assessment method is an assignment or project.

Applications for make-up exams will be accepted from students who were unable to attend midterm exams due to exam schedule conflicts or medical reasons (supported by a medical report).

**The medical report must cover all exams scheduled for the dates in question. Students are not permitted to take exams on dates for which they have submitted a medical report.

The schedule for make-up exams will be announced separately on our university’s website.

NOTE: NO APPLICATIONS FOR MAKE-UP EXAMS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION.
