Applications for the Health Sciences Institute BAP Graduate Incentive Scholarship Spring Semester 2025–2026

The application process for the BAP Graduate Incentive Scholarship for the 2025–2026 Spring Semester has started today and will end on February 15.
The scholarship applications are valid only for Master’s and PhD students.

After completing course registration and obtaining advisor approval, applications can be submitted via the BAP tab activated in MEBİS. It is of great importance that advisor approvals are completed before the application deadlines.

The Graduate Incentive Scholarship is not open to all students; it is exclusively available to students who are employed full-time in our university’s research centers and departments.

However, even if they are employed full-time, students enrolled in profession-oriented programs (such as TUS, DUS, Orthodontics, Periodontology, Endodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Prosthodontics, Restorative Dentistry, Clinical Psychology, Clinical Pharmacy, Cognitive Rehabilitation, Traditional and Complementary Medicine) or those who are still registered as special students are outside the scope of this support.

To receive applications, separate application forms in English and Turkish have been prepared in MEBİS. Students can access these forms from the menu shown below after logging into MEBİS.

Only students who have completed course registration and advisor approval will be able to view this form. Therefore, in order to prevent delays and potential inconvenience, we kindly ask you to inform eligible students to promptly complete their course selection and advisor approval processes, and to fill out the required application form in a timely manner.

Please note that applications submitted outside the specified dates will not be accepted under any circumstances. We kindly request that both students applying for the scholarship and their advisors pay close attention to the application process.
