Alumni Profiles

Tugay Aslan

Graduated from the Department of Audiology at Istanbul Medipol University in 2019. Immediately following his graduation, he began his professional career in July as a Sales Representative for Audiological Products at AVM Healthcare Services Ltd. Leveraging the professional network he established during his undergraduate internships at İDİS Hearing Systems, he joined Demant Turkey in December 2019 as a Dealer Sales Supervisor for Hearing Aids, a position he currently maintains.

Ceren Kurtuluş

Earned her degree from the Department of Audiology at Istanbul Medipol University in 2020. She completed her summer internship at Bezmialem Vakıf University Hospital in 2018 and fulfilled her clinical rotations in 2019 at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital, various rehabilitation centers, and hearing aid clinics. Since September 2020, she has been serving as an Audiologist at İDİS Hearing Centers, the retail division of Demant Holding.

Eda Çevik

Completed her undergraduate studies at Istanbul Medipol University, Department of Audiology, in 2019. During her education, she conducted clinical internships at Medipol Mega University Hospital, hearing aid centers, and rehabilitation facilities. She commenced her Master’s degree in Audiology at Istanbul Medipol University in 2020. Since September 2019, she has been serving as an Audiologist at Istanbul Medipol University Vocational School.

İlayda Çelik

Graduated with high honors from the Department of Audiology at Istanbul Medipol University in 2018. She subsequently completed a Double Major in Speech and Language Therapy in 2020. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Audiology at the same university. Her extensive clinical background includes internships at Medipol University Health Group, various state hospitals, hearing aid and cochlear implant firms, and an international audiology clinic. She currently practices as an Audiologist and Speech-Language Therapist at a private counseling office and a special education center.

Caner Yatmaz

Graduated with honors from the Department of Audiology at Istanbul Medipol University in 2018. During his undergraduate years, he enrolled in a minor program in Speech and Language Therapy (2015) and began an Integrated Master’s program in Clinical Audiology in 2017. Following his tenure as an Audiologist at Istanbul Medipol University (2018-2021), he was appointed as a Lecturer in the Audiometry Program at the Vocational School of Health Services in 2021.

Yuşa Başoğlu

Graduated from the Department of Audiology at Istanbul Medipol University in 2018. Throughout his undergraduate education, he completed clinical rotations at Medipol Mega Hospital, state hospitals, and various implant and hearing aid companies. He began his Master’s degree in Clinical Audiology in 2021. Since 2019, he has been serving as a Research Assistant within the Department of Audiology at Istanbul Medipol University.

Sude Kaymakçı

Completed her undergraduate degree in Audiology at Istanbul Medipol University in 2018, having interned at Medipol Mega Hospital and various public health institutions. After working as an Audiologist at Maxtone Hearing Center (2018-2019), she began her Master’s studies in 2018. She has been a Research Assistant at the Istanbul Medipol University Department of Audiology since April 2019.

Merve Giray

Graduated with an Honor Certificate from the Department of Audiology at Istanbul Medipol University in 2015, during which she also completed a minor in Speech and Language Therapy. Having gained comprehensive clinical experience across all sub-fields of audiology during her internships, she is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Audiology at Istanbul Medipol University.

Dilara Dündar

A graduate of Istanbul Medipol University, Department of Audiology, with an Honor Certificate. Her clinical focus during her education was primarily on diagnostic audiology. She is currently enrolled in the Master’s program in Audiology at the same institution and has been serving as a Clinical Audiologist at Bahçeşehir University Göztepe Medical Park Hospital since September 2020.

Oğulcan Gündoğdu

Earned his Bachelor’s degree in Audiology from Istanbul Medipol University in 2020 and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Audiology. Having completed his internships at Medipol Mega Hospital and various state facilities, he currently serves as an Audiologist at Bağcılar Medipol Mega University Hospital.

Handan Yaman

Graduated from the Department of Audiology at Istanbul Medipol University in 2018. Her clinical training included rotations at Medipol Health Complex, cochlear implant firms, and rehabilitation centers. She is currently a candidate in the Master’s Program in Neuroscience at Istanbul Medipol University. Since July 2018, she has been working as a Clinical Audiologist at Istanbul Medipol Mega University Hospital.
