Istanbul Medipol University hosted the 25th Family Medicine Research Days (AHAG). Bringing together academics, family physicians, and experts from all over Türkiye, the event featured emotional moments as well as scientific knowledge sharing.
The “Prof. Arzu Uzuner 25th Family Medicine Research Days (AHAG)” organized in partnership with Istanbul Medipol University and Family Medicine Academy Association brought together leading academics and experts in the field. The opening speeches of the event, which was held at the South Campus Conference Hall, were delivered by Prof. Arzu Uzuner from the Department of Internal Medicine of Marmara University’s School of Medicine, Dean Prof. Ayhan Taştekin from Istanbul Medipol University’s International School of Medicine, President Prof. Okay Başak from the Family Medicine Academy Association, and Congress President Prof. Hülya Akan from Department of Internal Medicine of Istanbul Medipol University’s School of Medicine. The three-day congress covered many topics, including health problems, public health practices, health literacy, chronic diseases, health of the elderly and children, women’s health, vaccinations, digitalization of health services, and the use of artificial intelligence.
