An entrepreneurial spirit at RISE UP 25
The “RISE UP 25” event held at Istanbul Medipol University brought together young entrepreneurs and students, showcasing firsthand experiences and success stories. Centered on entrepreneurial journeys, challenges faced along the way, and a culture of perseverance, the event highlighted the decisive roles of courage, innovation, and teamwork in entrepreneurship.
Organized by the Management Information Society (MIS) Club of Istanbul Medipol University, “RISE UP 25” convened young entrepreneurs from diverse sectors. Held at the South Campus Conference Hall, the event welcomed a large student audience alongside distinguished speakers, including Mustafa Fikret Uğur, CEO and Co-Founder of Magfi; Emre Sever, CEO of PİN Drinks; Kayra Ağar and Ataol Toprak Peker, Co-Founders of Qampus; Ersan Öztürk, Founder of TikTak; and Atakan Özkaya, Founder of Madlen. Participants shared inspiring insights on the challenges encountered on the path to success, risk-taking culture, teamwork, and sustainable growth.
Capturing the pulse of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, the event delivered strong messages encouraging young people to think innovatively, take bold steps, and turn crises into opportunities. Throughout the program, founders of groundbreaking initiatives in technology, e-commerce, the healthy beverage industry, and mobility shared their stories, emphasizing that failure is not an end, but rather a beginning.
