Institute of Health Sciences BAP Graduate Incentive Scholarship Applications – 2026-2027 Fall Semester

The application period for the BAP Graduate Incentive Scholarship for the 2026-2027 Fall Semester will begin on September 14 and end on September 27.

Scholarship applications are valid only for Master’s and PhD programs.
You may submit your applications via the BAP tab in MEBİS, which becomes active after you have completed your course selection and advisor assignment. It is important that advisor approvals be obtained prior to the application dates.

The Graduate Incentive Scholarship is not open to all graduate students; it is reserved exclusively for those affiliated with the university's research centers and academic departments on a full-time basis.

However, even with full-time status, students enrolled in specialized professional training programs—such as TUS, DUS, Orthodontics, Periodontology, Endodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Prosthodontics, Restorative Dentistry, Clinical Psychology, Clinical Pharmacy, Cognitive Rehabilitation, and Traditional and Complementary Medicine—are excluded from this support.

A dedicated form has been created within MEBİS—accessible in both English and Turkish—to collect student applications; students can access this form via the menu after logging into the system.

The status of course selections and advisor approvals can be monitored through the system. To ensure that eligible students do not miss out on the scholarship due to delays or errors, please inform them to promptly complete the course selection and advisor approval stages, as well as the required application form.
