Our Condolences to Our Nation

The last date of the humanitarian aid campaign for the victims of the earthquake with the magnitude of 7.7 that occurred in Kahramanmaraş and affected the surrounding regions that was previously announced as Thursday, February 9^th has been extended to end of working day on Monday, February 13^th.

2 trucks carrying aids including various items arrived in Kahramanmaraş and Hatay on February 6^th and 7^th.

About 3 more trucks left for Kayseri, Hatay, Adıyaman Kahta on February 8^th.

THERE IS A DEMAND FOR BLOOD DONATION CAMPAINGS. BLOOD DONATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON FEBRUARY 10^th AND 11^st  BETWEEN 10 AM AND 7 PM AT BEYKOZ KAVACIK WELLNESS CENTRE.

All the items collected will be registered and feedback will be provided with regards to the process.

Priority aid items are as follows:  

• Electric heater, pocket heater, Powerbank, sleeping bag, thermal underwear, tent, sweater
• Single-use plates, cups, forks, spoons, bowls, canned food, water, convenience food, tea and coffee
• Baby formula, baby powder, animal food, toys, rash cream, kids’ shoes
• Hygiene products: woman’s hygiene sets, baby diapers, adult diapers, wet wipes, paper towels, toilet papers
• Axe, hammer, Hilti, energy lighting fixtures, tent, thermal camera, head lamp

Personnel put in charge of the collecting areas will register the items into the online list.

LAST DAY AND TIME PERID FOR DELIVERING AID ITEMS 

• Aids will be collected between 09.00-16.30 in all campuses.

• The last date to bring the items is Monday February 13^th until the end of work day.
• Aid items delivered after working hours will be accepted by the security.
