Attention to our students who want to take an excuse exam
Our students who want to participate in the excuse exam must fill out the 'Excuse Exam Application Form' and submit it to the secretariat HAND DELIVERED within 5 WORKING DAYS after the exam together with the additional documents specified below.
-Applications for Compassionate Exams will be made in person (by hand) to our secretariat.
-Excuse Exam schedule and dates will be announced separately on our university website.
Students who do not have any health problems or exam conflicts cannot participate in excuse exams on demand.

-Health Report
-Signed Excuse Petition
Students Experiencing Exam Conflict;
-Screenshot of the Related Conflict
-Signed Excuse Petition
If the relevant documents are not submitted within 5 WORKING DAYS, the student loses the right to make-up exam.
*Students who are out of town should send an e-mail to [email protected].
*It is the responsibility of the students to follow the faculty announcements. The faculty is not responsible for the victimization of students who are not aware of the announcements.
