Faculty Of Fine Arts, Design And Architecture About The Selection Of Department Representation

In the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 academic years (for 2 years), it is planned to hold an election to serve as the Department Representative of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture.  The points that the candidates who will apply from our faculty should pay attention to are given below.

It is announced to the candidates who will apply. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Faculty Representative is elected by the student representatives of the Department from among themselves, with the majority of those participating in the election and for a period of two years. On the date specified in the Election Calendar, the Faculty Representative election will be held at the Faculty Dean's Office.

PROSPECTIVE STUDENT APPLICATION CONDITIONS

I. Application documents must be delivered by hand to the Dean of our Faculty within the date specified in the calendar.
II.Students who will apply must be 2nd, and 3rd year students in Turkish and English programs.
III. Must not be a member or official in a political party organ (your declaration will be taken into consideration in your petition).
IV.There should be no criminal record for disgraceful crimes , and the receivables from the E-Devlet  will be documented with a criminal record).
V. Must not have received any disciplinary punishment other than a warning (Disciplinary Information is Included in the Transcript Documents)
VI.Must not have froze registration during the period of selection (Active Student).
VII. The overall grade point average must be 2.75 and above out of 4 or 70 and above out of 100 (CGPA at the end of the 2024-2025 academic year will be evaluated).
VIII.Must not belong to or have contact with terrorist organizations (the declaration will be taken into consideration in your petition).
