The experiences individuals undergo and the education they receive during the preschool period—when cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development are largely completed and personality is formed—shape their future lives. Consequently, every individual constituting society influences society in line with their preschool experiences. For this reason, early childhood education is the most crucial level of education that must be carried out by competent and well-equipped professionals in the field.

The goal of the Istanbul Medipol University Department of Primary Education Preschool Education Program is to raise educators, researchers, academicians, and other professionals who are professionally competent, closely follow and apply current and scientific developments in their field, possess strong research skills, are dynamic, and hold the essential skills required by our age.
