A Health Institutions Management Technician is an assistant health technician who helps administrators with tasks such as meeting the personnel needs of healthcare institutions, managing staff efficiently, planning and executing operations effectively, and handling procurement.

The aim of the Health Institutions Management program is to train qualified mid-level professionals who possess both management knowledge and hospital administration expertise for the healthcare sector. The rapidly growing healthcare industry requires human resources with strong communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, foreign language proficiency, sector-specific knowledge and skills, and competencies in medical documentation and computer applications.
