| Aim | The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge and skills on the
structure and operation of the construction industry, site establishment and management,
project planning and schedule management techniques (CPM/PERT network diagrams, work
schedules), approximate cost estimation and cost control, tendering, contracts and
specifications, quantity surveying and progress payment procedures, building inspection and
occupational health and safety. |
