This course contains; Contracts regulated under the TCO,Contracts not regulated under the TCO,Principle of freedom of contract,Unified contracts,mixed contracts,Types of mixed contracts - double type mixed contracts and examples of this contract in practice,Types of mixed contracts - combined contracts and examples of this contract in practice,Types of mixed contracts - contracts where elements of various types are mixed together and examples of this contract in practice,Types of mixed contracts - contracts in the form of adding another performance in the second degree to a typical contract and examples of this contract in practice,contracts with a specific structure,sole dealer agreement ,Settlement agreement ,Provisions applicable to atypical contracts and related opinions-I,Provisions applicable to atypical contracts and related opinions-II.
