  • Provides training and consultancy services that will be needed in the strategic planning process.
  • Coordinates strategic planning studies.
  • Prepares the activity reports, examines the external factors that will affect the services in the subjects of the duty of the administration.
  • Develops performance and quality criteria in the fields of the administration, evaluates the compliance of the administration and units with the determined performance and quality criteria and presents them to the manager.
  • Carries out the preparation, updating and renewal of the strategic plan.
  • Works on the establishment of the internal control system, development and implementation of standards.
  • Develops annual performance indicators.
  • Guides the units in making implementation plans.
  • Evaluates the situation at the end of the period and conveys the necessary measures to the relevant units.
