Hatice Efdal Köse wins bronze at the Conquest Cup
Hatice Efdal Köse, a student at Istanbul Medipol University claimed the bronze medal in the Women’s Compound Bow category at the 14th International Conquest Cup, earning a place on the international podium.

Hatice Efdal Köse, a national archer and student at Istanbul Medipol University, achieved a significant success by winning a bronze medal at the 14th International Conquest Cup, one of the most prestigious events in the world of archery. Held at the Okmeydanı Archers Foundation Facilities between June 3 and 7, the tournament welcomed more than 800 athletes from 51 countries this year.
The competition featured both modern and traditional archery disciplines, bringing together athletes from around the world as well as clubs and national team members from across Türkiye. Beyond sporting competition, the internationally acclaimed event also fostered friendship, cultural exchange, and solidarity among participants.
At the conclusion of the tournament, Hatice Efdal Köse, a member of Istanbul Medipol University’s archery team, secured third place in the Women’s Compound Bow category and was awarded the bronze medal. By earning a podium finish on the international stage, Köse successfully represented Istanbul Medipol University.
