Year-End Appraisal Award Ceremony at the Foreign Languages General Coordinatorship

The School of Foreign Languages at Istanbul Medipol University crowned the 2024-2025 academic year with a special event. The Year-End Performance Evaluation Award Ceremony was organized to honor the dedication and contributions of its academic staff.

In his opening speech, General Coordinator Asst. Prof. Dr. Murat Culduz emphasized that the instructors not only conveyed knowledge but also inspired students with perseverance and hope. He expressed his gratitude, saying, “You are the true heroes of this success story.”

Special thanks were extended to Hatice Granados Fuquene, Buğra Bal, and Serkan Yar for their contributions to the organization of the program, and to Dr. Murat Şahin, who structured the Performance Evaluation System. The support of National Geographic Edu Kitap, sponsor of the event, was also acknowledged.

Teacher Development Initiative (TDI) Awards

This year, for the first time, the TDI awards were presented to recognize outstanding achievements in professional development:

• The Most Frequent Department Representative: Merve Kamacı Nalkıran
