‘MimED 2023: Project Awards for Architecture Students’ exhibition at B5

Hosted by Istanbul Medipol University School of Fine Arts, Design, and Architecture, the opening of the exhibition ‘MimED 2023: Architecture Education Association, Awards for Architecture Students’ took place. The Dean of the School of Fine Arts, Design, and Architecture Prof. Attila Dikbaş and the Chair of MimED Prof. Ahsen Özsoy, academicians, MimED members, and many students attended the opening held on the B5 floor of the South Campus. The exhibition, which includes award-winning projects, can be visited by all students until November 15.

PANEL ORGANIZED AS PART OF THE EXHIBITION
A panel titled ‘MimED and Competition Culture’ was also organized within the scope of the event. Moderated by Research Assistant Betül Uçkan, Prof. Atilla Dikbaş, Prof. Ahsen Özsoy, Prof. Hasan Şener, Prof. Deniz Erinsel Önder, Prof. Cengiz Giritlioğlu, High Engineer Architect Öner Özyar, Architect Deniz İtak, and Architect Mert Kaan Alptekin participated in the panel. In the panel, information was given about the competitions to be held by the Association for Architectural Education (MimED) and project management.
