Istanbul Medipol University Women’s Tennis Team achieved great success in the Istanbul Regional Championship, leaving all its opponents behind. With their superior performance, our team won the cup and earned the right to advance to the Turkish Universities Super League. The Women’s Tennis Team emerged undefeated in the tournament organized by the Turkish University Sports Federation. In the tough competition that lasted four days, our team advanced to the finals by passing Istanbul Technical University, MEF University, and Bahçeşehir University with clear scores of 3-0. They also left the field with a 2-1 victory against their strong opponent, Gelişim University, in the finals and completed the tournament as champions. Under the management of Coach Berke Tombul and Team Coordinator Ecem Öztekin, our athletes were highly appreciated for their high performance throughout the tournament. Buse Çağlaroğlu, Leyla Kazieva, Esma Gürbüz, Öykü Şen, Sude Naz Döner, and Melis Aydın played an important role in the team’s success, demonstrating devotion in the matches.
