Applications for the TÜBİTAK 1812 BIGG Investment Program – BiggRise/2026 2nd Call (Call No: 112) are now open through the TÜBİTAK PRODİS system.

As the Implementing Organization, the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) of Istanbul Medipol University is leading the BiggRise Program in collaboration with Yeditepe University, Istanbul Kültür University, and Ankara Medipol University.

What is the TÜBİTAK 1812 BIGG Investment Program?

The TÜBİTAK 1812 BIGG Investment Program is a national entrepreneurship program designed to validate, develop, and transform technology- and innovation-oriented business ideas into investment-ready startups.

The program consists of two phases.

Phase 1 – Implementing Organization Process

Entrepreneur candidates submit their applications to Implementing Organizations authorized by TÜBİTAK. Selected applicants are admitted to the accelerator program, where they receive entrepreneurship training, one-on-one mentoring, business model development support, customer validation guidance, and business plan development assistance. At the end of this phase, successful participants become eligible to proceed to the second-stage application to TÜBİTAK.

Phase 2 – TÜBİTAK Application Process

Entrepreneurs who successfully complete the first phase submit their business plans to TÜBİTAK. Following TÜBİTAK's evaluation process, successful startups become eligible to receive investment support.
