Application Requirements for Make-up Exams

• The application for the Makeup Exam can only be made in person (by hand). Applications sent via email will not be accepted.
• Applications must be submitted within 5 working days from the date of your exam.
• Students applying due to a health report can submit their application within 5 working days after the end of their report. During the period of being on medical leave, students are not allowed to take any exams. Any exams taken during this period will be canceled and considered invalid.
• There will be no makeup exams for courses with an exam format of Assignments/Projects.
• Students applying due to an exam conflict must submit their application with a screenshot from the MEBIS system.
• Students who cannot document their reason for the makeup exam will not have their applications accepted.
• The Makeup Exams will be held between December 1-7, 2025. The detailed exam schedule will be announced on our university's website on November 28, 2025.
