2022-2023 Track 4 TAT Exam will be held ONLINE on Friday, 09.06.2023 and on Saturday, 10.06.2023. The exam will consist of two parts; and the first session will be conducted on Friday 09.06.2023 starting at 10.00 and the second session will be conducted on 10.06.2023. For the evening class, the first session will start on Friday 09.06.2023 at 18.00; and the second session will be at different hours for each student on Saturday 10.06.2023, the first one being at 18.00.
First session (Listening, Reading, Grammar, Vocabulary): 09.06.2023 Friday 10.00
Second Session (Speaking): 10.06.2023 Saturday, in private channels, at different exam times for each student.
The audio file for the listening part will be listened in the exam meeting on Microsoft Teams.
A total of 2 links will be shared during the written part of the exam on Friday, 1 for the note-taking questions and 1 for the While-listening listening and other sections. To access the exam links, students need to make sure that they have logged into their student e-mail addresses with “[email protected]” before the exam. Students are required to take the exam through their own student accounts. If another Medipol account is logged in in the device to be used in the exam, students need to log out from this account, and only log into their own student e-mail address.
· If the students have not clicked on the “Submit” button before the exam finish time, they cannot submit their answers, and they are considered absent from the exam.
· It is extremely important that students enter their personal information correctly; i.e. their names, student numbers, departments and e-mail address.
· It is the students’ responsibility to ensure access to the necessary internet connection and device for this online exam. Language School is not responsible for any problem that can arise from internet connection or personal devices.
· Students need to be able to log in to their institutional e-mail addresses with the @std.medipol.edu.tr extension at least 2 days before the exam, and if they encounter any technical problems, they need to have it solved before the exam by contacting [email protected] . Language School is not responsible for any problem that the students may have due to access to their accounts.
On Saturday, 10.06.2023 Speaking Exam will be held as the third session of the exam. For this exam, private channels will be created for each student under their Track 4 Class team with the exam time and student name.
· Students will see their exam time on their channel name; speaking exam slots will not be announced separately.
· Students are required to log into Microsoft Teams 15 minutes before their exam time, and stand by for their exam time.
· It is mandatory to turn on the webcam during the speaking exam.
· It is recommended that students take the exam on a computer.
· Students are required to be in a room without disturbances and noise, suitable to take the exam.
· Students are required to have a photo ID, driving license or passport on them. There will be an ID check before the exam.
