Attention to Students of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Design, and Architecture Who Will Do Summer Internships

• Internships must be carried out between June 22 and August 15 for a minimum duration of 30 days. Students whose internships continue beyond these dates will have their grades entered in the Fall semester. Internships can only be completed during the summer term; internships cannot be done during the Fall or Spring semesters.
• The total internship duration for all departments within our faculty is 60 days (Internship I + Internship II).
• The internship application, internship cover letter, and internship commitment forms must be submitted to the faculty secretary either in person or via email ([email protected]) at least 10 days before the start of the internship.
• Official holidays are not counted as internship days (except for the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department).

Submission of Internship Reports

• Internship diaries must be uploaded to MEBIS on the specified dates. They will not be accepted in person. Only the Internship Evaluation Form (Sicil Fişi) must be submitted in person to the faculty secretary at the beginning of the 2025-2026 academic year.
• Students who will apply for Double Major/Minor, who may qualify for the Merit Scholarship ranking, or who are graduating, must upload their internship files to MEBIS by the end of business on August 20, 2025, at the latest.
• Students who complete their internship but submit their internship files after August 20, 2025, will receive a failing grade for the internship course. These students will need to re-enroll in the Internship I or Internship II course in the Fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.
• Students who enroll in the course in the Fall semester cannot do the internship during the semester.
