Announcement on Student Lockers

The distribution process for student lockers across our campuses has started for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Students who wish to benefit from the student locker service will receive the application form via email. Students are required to complete the form by September 25, 2026.

Based on the information provided in the form, the assigned locker number and password will be sent to students’ email addresses starting from September 26, 2026.

Student Locker Usage Rules

• Students may personalize their lockers by replacing the temporary password provided by the Cargo Unit with a self-selected 4-digit password.
• Lockers may be used from the beginning of the fall semester until the end of the spring semester.
• As lockers are registered to individual students, transferring or assigning a locker to another person is prohibited.
• To ensure hygiene and safety, it is prohibited to store food, beverages, or flammable materials inside the lockers.
• At the end of the usage period, students are required to empty their lockers and complete the return process by having their locker registration cancelled through the Cargo Unit.
• Lockers that are not returned or vacated by the specified deadline will be emptied by the administration and prepared for use by new users.
• Lockers must be kept clean and tidy. Items may not be placed on top of lockers, and labels, stickers, or similar materials may not be attached to or placed inside the lockers.
• Students are responsible for the safety of the belongings kept in their lockers.
• Students who use the lockers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with the rules stated above.
