Additional Placement Proficiency Exam & Classroom Lists

The Additional Placement Proficiency Examination will be administered on October 23, 2025, at the North Campus, Block A, Ground Floor, between 13:00 – 16:20.

Important Information for Students
 Students are required to carefully review the following regulations prior to the examination:

Arrive on campus no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Ensure you know your student number (student names will not be used to determine classrooms).

Bring a valid form of identification: student ID, national ID card, driver’s license, or passport. (Istanbulkart or other documents will not be accepted.)

Bring soft-tipped pencils and an eraser.

Confirm your exam classroom in advance.

The possession of electronic devices (computers, mobile phones, smart watches, headphones, etc.) during the exam is strictly prohibited.

Please note:

Once the listening section has begun, students will not be admitted to the exam room until that section has been completed.

Students will not be admitted after the first 50 minutes of the exam.

Students are responsible for completing their optical answer sheets accurately. Answer sheets with missing information or unmarked booklet groups will not be considered valid, and no objections will be accepted.

There is no make-up exam for the Additional Placement Proficiency Exam, and medical reports are not accepted.

Asessment & Exemption Criteria

Students who achieve a score of 75 or above in the on-campus written examination will be exempt from the English Preparatory Program.
Students who achieve a score between 60–74 will qualify to take the Speaking Examination on October 24, 2025 face to face-to-face. The Speaking Exam list will be announced on the website (https://www.medipol.edu.tr/dil-okulu) at the end of the working day on October 23, 2025. This exam will also be graded out of 100, and those scoring 75 or above will be exempt.

There is no make-up exam for the Additional Placement Proficiency Speaking part, and medical reports are not accepted.

Students who score 59 or below on the written exam, as well as those who score 74 or below on the Speaking Exam, will be required to enroll in the English Preparatory Program.

Results
 Examination results will be announced via mebis.medipol.edu.tr. Students must ensure they know their MEBİS login credentials to access the results.
