Legal Consultancy Unit is directly affiliated to the General Secretariat and the Rectorate. The unit is obliged to represent the University in judicial and administrative authorities in the conflicts of the university with third parties and institutions, to protect and defend its rights. The unit also provides legal consultancy services within the university.
Duties of Legal Consultancy Unit
To defend the rights of the university in judicial and administrative authorities in disputes and conflicts with the students of the university, other persons and institutions,
To assist the administration in the execution of the university's savings following the laws in force,
To perform other similar tasks to be given.
