Construction Unit carries out the projects of the buildings and facilities of the university, prepares tender files, carries out the tender files related to construction and repair, controls the constructions, carries out maintenance and repair works, carries out similar works such as ventilation systems, landscaping and elevator maintenance and repair.
The repair and renovation requests of the buildings and facilities used by the Schools and Institutes of the university and the construction requests of the buildings and facilities are delivered to the Construction Unit through the Rectorate and the Responsible Vice-Rectors. According to the characteristics of the requests, the construction surveying, study project and approximate cost are prepared. Depending on the budget possibilities, these needs met following the current Public Procurement Law and the related Legislative Provisions.
