Administrative and Financial Affairs Unit collects and evaluates the necessary information, documents and statistics for the envisaged budget of the university and prepares them according to plans, programs and principles. Payroll transactions of all academic and administrative staff; calculation of social security deductions and taxes; calculation and payment of additional course fees; calculation, collection and follow-up of tuition during the student registration period; follow-up of inventory operations; calculation, collection and follow-up of revenues; follow-up of debts; all accounting transactions; keeping track of records and documents; financial services; preparation and reporting of legal statements and declarations in time are among the duties and responsibilities of this unit.
