The Architectural Restoration Program is a two-year associate degree program designed to train restoration technicians capable of preserving immovable cultural heritage with minimal intervention. Students learn to protect these assets against adverse factors, halt deterioration, and repair damaged sections in accordance with original forms and scientific principles. In line with Higher Education Law No. 2547, our mission is to provide two-year associate-level education in the field of architectural restoration and to cultivate qualified intermediate staff equipped with the scientific attributes necessary to contribute to professional production and preservation standards.

Graduates of the Architectural Restoration Program are employed as technical support personnel alongside architects in various capacities. Their career opportunities include working in museums and palaces under the Department of National Palaces or private museums, as well as in laboratories, construction sites, and offices of public and private organizations specialized in restoration and conservation. Furthermore, they serve in restoration projects conducted by foundations and as part of archaeological excavation teams.

Students who successfully complete the Architectural Restoration program have the opportunity to continue their four-year undergraduate education.
