Istanbul Medipol University Student ID Card Renewal Procedure
Students who wish to request a new student ID card due to loss, breakage, theft, or optional photo change must follow the steps below in order:

Create a Request: Log in to the MEBİS system, navigate to the "My Requests" (Taleplerim) section, fill out the Request Form completely, and create a request for "Student ID Card" (Öğrenci Kimlik Kartı).

Payment: Deposit a fee of 100 TL into the Türkiye Halk Bankası account (IBAN: TR79 0001 2001 4510 0016 1000 18) with the explanation "Card Renewal Fee" (Kart Yenileme Bedeli).

Submit Receipt: Email your payment receipt to [email protected], clearly stating your Full Name and TR ID Number.

Collection: Once your card request is approved, printed, and its status appears as "READY" (HAZIR) on MEBİS, you can collect it in person (with a signature) from the Registrar's Office (Student Affairs Office), located at Kavacık North Campus, Block A, 3rd Floor.
