Internal Lateral Transfer
Students may transfer to diploma programs at the same level within their own faculty, school, conservatory, or vocational school, or to other equivalent programs within the university.

Double Major and Minor Programs 
Medipol University offers its students the opportunity to earn a second diploma or a certificate through Double Major and Minor programs. Students whose applications are accepted—provided they meet the necessary requirements—are not charged additional tuition fees for Double Major or Minor programs completed within the designated period.

Successful students who meet the criteria may take courses simultaneously from another diploma program and graduate with two separate undergraduate degrees through the Double Major Program.

A student enrolled in a diploma program may, provided they meet the specified conditions, take a limited number of courses in a specific subject within another diploma program at the same institution to receive a Minor Certificate (which does not replace a diploma).

Special Student Status / Guest Student 
Students currently enrolled in a higher education institution who wish to experience a different academic program or culture—or those who are permitted to continue their education at a different institution due to special circumstances such as health—may attend courses as a "Special Student," provided their primary registration remains at their home university.

Special students are admitted to courses by the decision of the relevant administrative board. They are issued a document showing only the courses they attended and the grades they received. If special students later enroll as full-time students at Istanbul Medipol University, they may request an exemption for the courses they successfully completed. Special students pay the tuition fee per credit applicable to the department where they take courses.
