Aim

The aim of this program is to train academicians who can conduct research on their own in the field of science of management.

Registration and Admission Requirements

- To have graduated from a Master’s degree program with a thesis, - To have obtained a score of 55 or higher in the ALES "Equal Weight" (Eşit Ağırlık) score type, - To have obtained a score of at least 55 on the YDS or YÖKDİL exams, or to submit a result document showing a score equivalent to 55 from foreign language exams recognized as equivalent by YÖK (Council of Higher Education), - The calculation is based on the sum of: 50% of the ALES (or equivalent exam) score, 20% of the Master’s grade point average, and 30% of the interview score. Applications for the announced graduate programs must be submitted in accordance with the prescribed procedures and within the timeframes specified in the announcement.

Graduation Requirements

The doctoral program consists of at least seven courses totaling no fewer than 21 credits, a seminar, a comprehensive examination, a dissertation proposal, and dissertation research. The program consists of a total of at least 240 ECTS credits, with no fewer than 60 ECTS credits per academic year. Candidates who successfully complete at least seven courses totaling no fewer than 21 credits, the seminar, the comprehensive examination, the dissertation proposal, and the dissertation are entitled to receive a doctoral degree.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Students can apply to be exempt from the courses they have taken and passed at the institute they have previously registered. Exemption requests are decided by the board of directors, when necessary, by taking the opinion of the instructor teaching the relevant course.
