Make-Up Examination Applications for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year – Vocational School

Applications for make-up examinations must be submitted in person (in hard copy) to the Vocational School Secretariat, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Istanbul Medipol University Directive on Students' Justifiable and Valid Excuses.

Applications Due to Health Issues: Students who wish to apply for a make-up examination due to health-related reasons must submit their medical report and Make-Up Examination Application Form to the Vocational School Secretariat within five (5) business days following the end date of their medical report.

Applications Due to Examination Schedule Conflicts: Students who wish to apply for a make-up examination due to examination schedule conflicts must submit a screenshot of the "My Exams" page in MEBIS, together with the Make-Up Examination Application Form, in person (in hard copy) to the Vocational School Secretariat within five (5) business days from the date of the relevant examination.

Examinations Conducted in the Form of Assignments/Projects: No make-up examinations will be held for courses whose assessment method is specified as an assignment or project.

The make-up examination schedule will be announced separately on the University's official website.

Important Notice: Applications from students who fail to document their valid excuse within the specified period will not be accepted.
