Notice and Examination Schedule Regarding Additional Examination Rights for Students Who Have Reached Their Maximum Duration of Study

In accordance with Article 44 of the Higher Education Law No. 2547, additional examinations for vocational school students who have reached their maximum duration of study will be held on the dates specified below.

FOLLOWING THE ADDITIONAL EXAMINATIONS:

• Students who reduce the number of their failed courses to five are granted three semesters to complete these five courses.
• Students who have five or fewer failed courses (without needing to take the additional examinations) are granted four semesters.
• Students who have only one failed course remaining after the additional examinations are granted the right to take the examination for that specific course an unlimited number of times; however, students granted this "unlimited examination right" are no longer entitled to the rights and privileges of active student status.
• Any student who fails to participate in the scheduled examinations for a total of three academic years—whether consecutively or intermittently—shall be deemed to have waived their unlimited examination right and will no longer be eligible for it.
• Students who are unable to reduce the number of their failed courses to five following these additional examinations (administered at the end of the maximum duration of study) will have their enrollment terminated.
• Students taking these additional examinations who have not yet completed their internship/vocational training may, upon request, be granted a one-time opportunity to complete such internship/vocational training.

EXAMINATION SCHEDULE

APPLICATION PERIOD FOR SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMS: November 04–12, 2026

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE EXAMINATION SCHEDULE: November 13, 2026

EXAMINATION DATES: Exams will be held in person between November 16 and November 20, 2026.

Applications must be submitted in person to the secretariat of our Vocational School of Health Services.
