Course Transfer / Exemption Applications for DGS Students of the School of Health Sciences – 2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester

Course Transfer / Exemption Applications for students admitted to the School of Health Sciences through the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS) for the 2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester will be accepted in person between September 21 and September 23, 2026.

*Students are required to complete the Course Transfer / Exemption Application Form in full, including the signature and date, and submit the required documents "during weekday working hours (08:30-17:30)" in person to the Secretariat of the School of Health Sciences (Unkapanı-Haliç Campus).

Documents Required for the Exemption Application:

Exemption Application Form (Wet-signed copy) 
Official Transcript (E-signed or wet-signed and stamped) 
Course Descriptions (E-signed or wet-signed and stamped)

*(The form must be completed in full, and students must list all courses they have previously taken and successfully completed for which they are requesting exemption, along with their course codes, ECTS credits, and grades).
