Exemption Application Procedures for Students Previously Enrolled in Faculty of Education Programs (YKS, DGS, ÇAP, Horizontal Transfer)

Students previously enrolled in Faculty of Education programs (YKS, DGS, ÇAP, Horizontal Transfer) must submit their exemption applications between August 26 and Augut 31, 2026, by filling out the application form, signing it by hand, and sending it as a PDF file to the email addresses listed below.

NOTE: Applications received after the deadline will not be processed.

Documents to Be Submitted with the Exemption Application

Official Transcript (E-Signed or Wet-Signed and Sealed)
Course Syllabi (Only the syllabus for the course for which exemption is requested must be submitted.)

(The form must be filled out completely; students must list all courses they have previously taken and passed—for which they are seeking exemption—including the course codes, ECTS credits, and grades. Students wishing to request exemption for multiple courses may print multiple copies of the exemption form.)
