Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture Turkish Music 2nd Special Talent Examination for the 2026–2027 Academic Year

Applications for the Turkish Music Special Talent Examination will be accepted between August 26 and September 6, 2026.
Students are kindly requested to bring a document showing their identity information and their YKS (Higher Education Institutions Examination) result document to the examination.
Students with disabilities are required to submit a “Health Board Report” obtained from a fully equipped hospital both during the examination and at the time of final registration.
The Department of Music, Turkish Music Division, within the Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture, will admit 23 students for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Applicants must have obtained a TYT score of 200,000 or higher in the 2026 YKS. For students with disabilities, the required score is 100,000 or higher.
Applicants must be no older than 26 years of age (calculated by year).
Students who successfully pass the university’s Special Talent Examination will be eligible for final registration.
The Special Talent Examination will be held on September 7–8, 2026,between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at Sadeddin KAYNAK Classroom C-418, 4th Floor, C-Block, North Campus, Istanbul Medipol University.
The Special Talent Examination results will be announced on the university’s website on September 9, 2026.
