Vocational School of Social Sciences 2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester Three-Course Exam Application

In accordance with Article 27-3 (e) of the “Istanbul Medipol University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Training Regulation,” the three-course exam is defined as follows: It is an exam administered at the end of each semester—within thirty days following the conclusion of make-up exams—to students who have not yet exceeded the maximum study duration stipulated in Article 44, Paragraph (c) of the Higher Education Law No. 2547. Eligibility is granted by the decision of the relevant unit's administrative board to students who have completed the coursework for their registered diploma program but have failed up to three courses, preventing their graduation. The grade obtained in this exam replaces the course achievement grade.

POINTS TO CONSIDER FOR THREE-COURSE EXAM APPLICATIONS:
Applications must be submitted online via the MEBİS System.
It is mandatory to attach an official transcript (which can be obtained via e-Government/e-Devlet) to your application. Exams will be held face-to-face (Turkish Language I–II, Atatürk's Principles and History of the Revolution I–II, English I–II, Information Technologies and Tools I), while exams for common compulsory (5i) courses administered by UZEM will be conducted online; please check the website for exam dates.
Students who have at most three courses remaining for graduation must apply.
Students who have not successfully completed the compulsory Internship/Vocational Training required by their curriculum cannot apply for the Three-Course Exams.
Students cannot take the three-course exam for courses they have never taken or for courses they failed due to non-attendance.
