Step by step from idea to venture with Step By Medipol


Prepared by the Entrepreneurship Center of Istanbul Medipol University Technology Transfer Office, the Step By Medipol Early-Stage Acceleration Program will focus on ideas that are still at the beginning of their entrepreneurial journey.

Designed for entrepreneurs at the idea or early validation stage, the program will enable participants to test their ideas, develop their business models, and access the knowledge, methods, and connections they need at different stages of the entrepreneurial process.

TRANSFORMING AN IDEA INTO A BUSINESS MODEL
Within the scope of Step By Medipol, participants will work on analyzing customer needs, developing value propositions, building business and revenue models, conducting market and competitor analyses, carrying out financial planning, and preparing effective presentations.

Customer, market, and business model validation will also constitute important stages of the process. Participants will have the opportunity to develop their ventures in a practical manner based on the work they prepare and the feedback they receive.

THE RIGHT MENTOR, THE RIGHT CONNECTION
The program will include one-on-one meetings with experienced mentors, sessions with industry professionals, experience-sharing meetings, and entrepreneurship events.

In addition to practical training sessions and workshops, thematic events and networking meetings will bring participants together with stakeholders across the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
