Outstanding Achievement Award to Prof. Arslan and Dr. Solaija

The Council of Higher Education (CoHE) 2024-2025 Academic Year Opening Ceremony was held at the Beştepe National Congress and Culture Center with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, ministers, CoHE President Prof. Erol Özvar, Istanbul Medipol University President Prof. Ömer Ceran, other university presidents, faculty members, and students. At the ceremony, following the speeches of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and CoHE President Prof. Erol Özvar, the “2024 Council of Higher Education Outstanding Achievement Awards” were presented to the winners. Dr. Muhammad Sohaib Jamal Solaija, who received his PhD from Istanbul Medipol University Electrical, Electronics and Cyber Systems PhD program under the supervision of Prof. Hüseyin Arslan, was awarded the 2024 Council of Higher Education Outstanding Achievement Award in the Science and Engineering Sciences Category. Dr. Muhammad Sohaib Jamal Solaija received this award for his thesis titled “Coordinated Multi-point Systems for Future Wireless Communication Networks”. The awards were presented to Prof. Hüseyin Arslan and Dr. Muhammad Sohaib Jamal Solaija by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. After the ceremony, President Ceran congratulated Prof. Arslan and Dr. Solaija.
