The English Preparatory 2024-25 PLAT MAKE-UP exam will be held at Kavacık, North Campus, Block A on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
The exam will be held at 09:00 am and 12:30 pm for two separate groups of students.

The PLAT exam, which will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, will consist of two parts: main part (multiple choice) and writing.
A. Multiple Choice (80 points)
The multiple-choice test will consist of 64 questions. The test questions will consist of listening, reading, grammar, and vocabulary skills.
B. Writing (20 points)
It will be done on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, immediately after the multiple-choice test. It will last 75 minutes. Students will be expected to write an essay.
Students whose 40% of the PLAT exam result and 60% of the 4 Track average are below 70, and who cannot take the PLAT exam for any reason and at the same time do not have any absenteeism, are included in the PLAT MAKE UP exam list without requesting any documents from them.
The final results of the students will be reached by adding 40% of the total grade obtained from the PLAT MAKE UP exam to 60% of the 4 track grade point average.
What to be considered in the exam:
- In the first session of the exam, there will be a 75-minute Writing section following the Main Part. Between the Main Part and the Writing, 5 minutes are allocated for collecting the papers and distributing the writing papers. This time is not a break for our students. Students will not be allowed to leave the classroom, and phones will not be distributed to students.
- Students are required to have a recent photo ID or passport with them.
- Students are required to be present in the classrooms where they will take the exam at least half an hour before the exam start time.
- Students are required to bring their own pencils and erasers to the exam. It is forbidden to exchange pencils and erasers during the exam.
- THE OPTICAL ANSWER KEYS MUST BE FILLED IN WITH PENCIL ONLY. ANSWER SHEETS NOT FILLED IN WITH PENCIL WILL NOT BE EVALUATED.
- Smartphones and watches must be turned off or placed on airplane mode at the beginning of the exam and handed in to the invigilator. The exams of the students who do not hand in their phones or smartwatches will be invalidated.
- Only the answers that students have marked on the optical form will be evaluated. Students will not receive points for questions that they only marked on the booklet or did not transfer to the optical form.
- It is the students' responsibility to fill in the optical form correctly. Failure to mark the booklet type or incorrectly filling in the optical form will result in the student receiving a "0".
- Students who arrive after the listening section has started will not be allowed to take the exam until the listening section is over. The questions of the missed listening section will not be marked on the answer sheet.
- Students cannot leave the exam for 40 minutes after the exam starts. Students who have finished the exam are not allowed to wait in the corridor.
- Restroom use will not be allowed during the exam.
