Graduation is not required to attend the ceremony. Students in their final year of the 2025-2026 academic year can participate even if they have not graduated yet. Students may join the ceremony using the university's cap and gown. Participation is free of charge.

Student gowns can be purchased from "Medipol Store" between 08:30 and 17:30. Sales are available on weekdays from 08:30 to 17:00. The price of the gown is 1,250 TL (including VAT). There are no online sales or shipping services. You can try on gowns for size during the purchase. Medipol Store is located on the 3rd floor of the Kavacık South Campus. Students are responsible for getting their own gowns.

Due to the capacity of the ceremony area, the number of family members or visitors is limited to 4 people per student. For security reasons, entry to the Kavacık South Campus during the graduation ceremonies will be allowed with the graduate student’s ID card or a copy of their student document.

It is not necessary for every visitor to have their own copy. One document is enough for families or groups entering the campus together. Please remember to ask the graduate for a copy of their student ID and show it at the entrance.

The ceremonies will be broadcast live on our university’s YouTube account.
