Erasmus+ Student Orientation Meeting

Dear Students,

An orientation meeting will be held for students who have been selected for Erasmus+ mobility for the fall semester, spring semester, and full academic year. Attendance is mandatory for all students involved in the process.

The details of the orientation program are as follows:

• Date: Tuesday, May 12 2026
• Time: 10:00 (Turkish) – 14:00 (English)
• Venue: South Campus, B-304

During the meeting, detailed information will be provided regarding all stages of the Erasmus process, including grant payments, nomination procedures, Learning Agreement, and Traineeship Agreement, visa processes. Important information will be shared for both study and traineeship mobility.. Therefore, it is highly important that all students involved attend the meeting in full. Students on the reserve list are also required to attend the orientation meeting.

An attendance list will be taken. If you are unable to attend, you are required to reply to this email with a valid justification.

Your participation is essential for ensuring that you can carry out the process smoothly and efficiently.
