Women's Employment Workshop 

The "Women's Employment Workshop" was held in collaboration with Istanbul Medipol University and Marmara University.

The "Women's Employment Workshop (Pandemic Special)" was organized by Istanbul Medipol University and the Center for Women's Studies in Social and Economic Life (ESKAR) at Marmara University. The workshop was co-chaired by Prof. Dr. Yeter Demir Uslu, faculty member of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Istanbul Medipol University, and Prof. Dr. Fatma Ayanoğlu, Director of ESKAR. During the workshop, topics such as the challenges faced by female healthcare workers, glass ceiling syndrome, obstacles to women's employment, mobbing, and the ratio of women to men in managerial positions within the healthcare sector were discussed. Asst. Prof. Dr. Tuğba Düzcü, faculty member of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Istanbul Medipol University, delivered a presentation during the second session.

2019-2020 Academic Year Online Graduation Ceremony 

The 2020 online graduation ceremony for the Department of Health Management, Faculty of Health Sciences, was held on July 8, 2020. The ceremony commenced with the opening speeches of our Rector, Prof. Dr. Sabahattin AYDIN, our Dean, Prof. Dr. Erdoğan KUNTER, and our Head of Department, Prof. Dr. Yeter DEMİR USLU. Following the opening, a student representative delivered a speech on behalf of all our graduating students, and the top-ranking graduates were announced. The graduation ceremony concluded after each graduate was given the floor individually, accompanied by graduation commemorative certificates prepared for every student. 

We would like to thank our distinguished graduates for their participation and wish them lifelong success in their professional careers.

Accreditation Ceremony

The Health Management Turkish and English Programs of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Istanbul Medipol University were accredited by FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation) on September 14, 2018. Thus, the department became the first academic program in Türkiye in the field of "Health Management" to achieve an international accreditation standard. A celebration ceremony was held at the Kavacık South Campus for the Department of Health Management, which received accreditation for 5 years. Academic and administrative staff attended the ceremony, including Rector Prof. Dr. Sabahattin Aydın, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences Prof. Dr. Erdoğan Kunter, and Head of Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yeter Demir Uslu.
