| Aim | Course Objective — English This course aims to examine the digitalization of cinema and the technological, cultural, and social impacts of digital platforms on cinema. The course aims to enable students to understand the structures of digital platforms, content diversity, audience profiles, and changing viewing practices, and to critically evaluate platform and content preferences, digital taste culture, algorithmic recommendation systems, and the relationship between artificial intelligence and cinema. The course also aims to develop students’ media, platform, and AI literacy by encouraging them to critically examine the relationship between cinema, images, and reality in the digital age. |
