Preparing, archiving, and forwarding records and minutes of agendas and decisions to the Archiving Committee.

Conducting quality improvement efforts based on the National Core Curriculum (ÇEP). Implementing improvement measures according to survey analysis results from the Assessment and Evaluation Committee and reporting them to the Department Board.
QUALITY COMMITTEE	Lecturer Büşra Nur ESER Assist. Prof. Kerem ERSİN Elif SAĞLAM	Evaluating student course satisfaction, competencies, and learning skills through various measurement methods. Carrying out quality improvement actions based on evaluation results. Submitting the obtained results to the Curriculum Development and Improvement Committee together with the Department Board.
DOUBLE MAJOR / MINOR PROGRAMMING COMMITTEE	Assist. Prof. Kerem ERSİN Lecturer Büşra Nur ESER Emir SÖZEN	Communicating with authorities regarding the procurement, training, and regular calibration of technological equipment used in laboratories/fieldwork, and organizing meetings when necessary. Organizing periodic meetings with device suppliers regarding product demonstrations and updates.
